Triotec’s silos are watertight, pre-welded units with a steel structure explicitly designed for Nordic conditions. Special surface treatment both inside and outside reduces the amount of condensation. This prevents moisture and water from spoiling, such as feed and pellets. The thick surface material and high-quality paint withstand even the harshest weather, while the light-colored surface reduces heating in sunny conditions.
Quick installation
Triotec silos are quick to install, as they are delivered as ready-made packages. The driver lifts the silo upright onto a concrete slab, and the silo legs are welded to the cast-in anchors. The silo is immediately ready for use.
Smooth filling and discharge
The silo functions as a dust separation cyclone. The product to be stored is fed along the silo wall, preventing separation into lighter and heavier fractions. Knocking on the silo sides is a thing of the past, as the steep bottom cone ensures complete and even emptying of the silo.

With over 30 years of experience, we produce outdoor silos known for their quality and robust construction—built to last for generations.
At our factory, we produce 200–250 silos annually in serial production. Our most popular models are also available from stock to speed up delivery times.
Triotec’s steel silos are CE-marked and have passed the strict requirements of the SFS 1090 standard. The silos are dimensioned to withstand the extreme conditions of Finland. Strength calculations and testing have been carried out for wind and snow loads typical of the northern climate.
We also manufacture various special silos, such as square silos for bioenergy production, big bag silos designed for cement and pellet storage, and other custom silos tailored to customer needs.
