Triotec silo scale
The Triotec silo scale system is a monitoring system for the material stored in the silo. The system consists of two parts: an installation kit for two or four silo legs, and real-time monitoring in the production facility’s control room.
Installation as a retrofit or in a new Triotec silo
The installation kit includes sensor mounting parts for one silo (for two or four silo legs), sensors, a junction box, a 10-meter connection cable, and a display. Alternatively, two silos in tandem can be connected to one display, in which case only a single combined weight for both silos is shown.
The installation kit is available both as a retrofit version and pre-installed directly in Triotec’s feed and pellet silos. Real-time monitoring includes the main electronics, sensor amplifiers, and a display area for the silo weight. Enclosure rating is IP65. The display can also be connected directly to other devices via an analog output (4-20mA/0-10V).
