Arska Polska strengthens its position in Central Europe
Arska Group continues its international growth and established a subsidiary, Arska Polska Sp. z o.o., in Poland on December 31, 2025. The new company aims to strengthen Arska Group’s presence in the Polish market and provide customers with high-quality grain handling solutions and local service.
Arska Group owns 60% of Arska Polska Sp. z o.o., while 40% belongs to Dariusz Bénke, who also serves as the company’s CEO. This ownership structure supports local expertise and strengthens collaboration in the Polish market.
In Poland, sales of Mepu grain handling equipment will continue, with Dariusz Bénke bringing extensive experience in both the equipment and the Polish market from his time at Mepu. This expertise provides significant added value to Arska Polska’s operations and customer service.
Poland is one of Europe’s most important agricultural countries, and demand for grain handling equipment continues to grow. Arska Group’s expansion into Poland is a strategic step that enables even better customer service and tailored solutions locally.
“Establishing a subsidiary in Poland is an important part of Arska Group’s growth strategy. By combining Arska Group’s expertise with Dariusz Bénke’s local knowledge, we can offer customers efficient and sustainable solutions,” says Janne Käkönen, CEO of Arska Group.
“Setting up Arska Polska is a natural continuation of our growing business. I am very grateful to Arska Group for the trust they have placed in me. We are opening a new chapter in our operations in Poland and aiming for even faster growth,” says Dariusz Bénke, CEO of Arska Polska.
